There is a large map at each entrance into the community. Your building and unit number will be indicated on your check-in message. Once you’ve located your building, park in any available spot.
You may only park in front of the garage reserved for your specific unit (also provided in the check-in instructions).
An enclosed garage space is included with your stay. The specific location and any special access instructions will be provided in the check-in message that is sent on the morning of your arrival.
The garage is a “standard size” and may not accommodate certain vehicles (oversized, modified, etc).
Please ensure any remotes/openers are returned upon checkout, as there is a $100 fee if not returned.
In the unit, there will be an electronic key fob. This is needed to access the fitness center, clubhouse and the pool.
This fob will also unlock your building exterior doors.
Upon checkout, ensure this fob is in the unit as there is a $100 fee if not returned.
In each garage, there is a container for recycling and a container for the trash.
Trash is collected every Friday and recycling is collected every other Tuesday. This schedule may be altered due to holidays, inclement weather, etc. Please ensure the bin is outside and placed away from the building/garage to ensure proper collection.
Seasonally, on the first Saturday of each month, the trash bin is cleaned/serviced by a third party vendor. Please ensure the bin is outside the garage.

When you arrive, input your check-out date on the TV. There is no password associated with the app store to ensure easy downloading if there is an app missing.
Sometimes the TV will disconnect from wifi. To reconnect, press the * and then select “Network Settings.”

Wireless internet is provided throughout the unit as well as in the clubhouse.
In the unit, there will be a QR code on the refrigerator for you to scan with your device. The network and password are also provided for manual entry.
If you experience any issues, please reach out so we can troubleshoot.
For fire, police or emergency services, call 911.
For routine maintenance (non-emergency / non-life threatening), please send a message through your booking platform.
For your convenience, there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the kitchen.

The property has onsite management and maintenance personnel, however to streamline communication please only communicate through your booking platform.
There may be instances that maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay, however, you will be notified in advance.
Please note that submitting a service request during your stay, will allow maintenance access if necessary.
Unless marked otherwise, the parking lot is open and unassigned.
The post office has been instructed to deliver everything “as addressed.”
Most packages will be delivered directly to your unit door. Occasionally, packages are left at the building entry door. On the rare occasion, packages are delivered to the clubhouse.
The mail key is located in the cabinet above the microwave on the left side.
Please ensure the mail key is in the unit upon checkout, as there is a $100 charge if not returned.
The outside callbox is only used for entry into the building. The code will be provided in your check-in message sent on the morning of your arrival.
In select units, there is a gas grill on the patio/balcony. In the kitchen, there are grill tools provided as well. Propane is provided Memorial Day to Labor Day.
When not in use, please ensure the gas is turned off and the cover is in place.
As a courtesy to other guests, please ensure the grill is cleaned after every use

At the front door to the unit, there is a keypad above the door handle. The entry code is provided in your check-in message on the morning of your arrival.
For your convenience and security, the door will lock automatically after 30 seconds. In the event the door cannot lock, it will beep alerting you.
To unlock, simply enter the code and press the last icon on the right to confirm/submit.
To lock, you can repeat the same process to unlock or hold the confirm/submit button for a few seconds.
Batteries are changed regularly, however, if you notice a flashing red circle on the keypad, please send a message to ensure you do not get locked out.
The thermostat is located on the wall next to the the TV in the living room. Each unit has central air conditioning and heating for you to adjust the temperature to your preference.
During vacancy, the thermostat may be adjusted to conserve energy.
For your convenience, an umbrella is available during your stay. You’ll find it mounted on the wall in the utility closet.

For your convenience, a tool kit is available during your stay. You’ll find it in the cabinet above the microwave, on the right side.
Pool towels are provided between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
A pack ‘n play is provided for your convenience, located in the bedroom closet.
For your convenience, there is a booster seat/high chair in the kitchen.
The instructions to use the washer and dryer are located on each machine.
Laundry soap, as well as stain removing spray, are provided.
In the bedroom closet (or next to the washer/dryer), an iron, ironing board and drying rack are provided.
Basic cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink.
Bathroom specific cleaning supplies are located in the bathroom.
In the utility closet, there is a mop, vacuum and shovel (seasonally). The cleaning pads for the mop are located under the kitchen sink.
A hair dryer (as well as attachments) are provided in the bathroom.
Please only use the specifically marked towels for removing any makeup.
There is a fenced pet relief area located on the far east side of the community.
In the event of muddy paws, please only use the provided towel.
Please clean up after your pet to prevent any fines from the management company.
Outdoor seating, as well as a small table are provided on the patio/balcony.
There are also attached string lights that you may use at your leisure.
The entire community is 100% smoke free. This includes the patio/balcony. Any smoking should take place outside the community grounds (sidewalk perimeter).
Evidence (including odor) of smoking ANY substances inside the unit, or on the patio/balcony, will incur at minimum a $500 fee.
If you’re staying long-term and wish to rearrange the furniture, you’re welcome to do so.
Before checking out, please return everything to its original placement to avoid potential fees.
On the morning of your departure, you will receive the check out instructions automatically through your booking platform.
- Make sure you haven’t forgotten anything
- Return any fobs/openers/keys to the unit (there is a $100 fee per item not returned)
- Collect all the towels used and start the washing machine
- Feel free to load and start the dishwasher
Check-out is at 11AM, unless you’ve arranged for a late check out. The door will lock automatically.
