House Rules

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 24 hours after booking. For reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed. A security deposit is required of up to $500 which will be processed as a "hold" by the Host on the Guest's Credit Card. This hold will be removed after the Guest's stay has concluded. This property has a no smoking policy. Minimum age to book is 25. Up to two (2) pets ($150 each) are allowed.

The apartment was as described and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shade and curtains kept the light out. Josiah was a responsive host and provided clear directions. The garage across the hall was great! We’d stay here again.

Wonderful place for us to stay while visiting family. The only detail that I would point out is if you like a hard bed, it is perfect! It was too firm for my husband and I. But other than that, a lovely stay. I loved having a garage!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was perfect and the host was in constant communication with me as I had never used this service before. The price was right inline with all other area listings I checked. One thing that was very helpful was the garage right next to the condo. It was basically an attached garage. This was very handy to get our vehicle ready for the next trip out we took. I’m sure it would be amazing during winter months. I was very relieved to find the property exactly as described. No keys to mess with as everything was combination door locks. The host even leaves a garage door opener which was super handy. The kids had a great time in the pool area in between the softball games we were in town for. Looks like that waterpark. I will recommend this place to anyone I know headed to Des Moines. Especially my family. Property, communication, and professionalism was top notch. Thank you Josiah for making making my families stay perfect

While there are public transit options nearby, we recommend having access to a car while you're here. Interstate 80 and Interstate 35 are less than 5 minutes away, getting you where you need to be in a breeze. The private garage space alleviates the pain of clearing snow during the winter months. Bringing more than one vehicle? No problem. There is plenty of additional parking on-site. Ride-shares (Uber or Lyft) are readily available.
