This is our 2nd time staying in one of Josiah's places and love his units! They are clean and inviting. We only stayed for one night on this trip. We make several trips to Des Moines throughout the year and planned to stay in any of his places that are available. Thank you, Josiah!

The apartment was as described and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shade and curtains kept the light out. Josiah was a responsive host and provided clear directions. The garage across the hall was great! We’d stay here again.

Wonderful place for us to stay while visiting family. The only detail that I would point out is if you like a hard bed, it is perfect! It was too firm for my husband and I. But other than that, a lovely stay. I loved having a garage!

We had an awesome stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. Josiah’s place was perfect for our group of 4! His place had everything we needed, was so clean and inviting! Great location in downtown Des Moines. We were in town for the Des Moines Marathon and we couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Josiah was a great host and his instructions were clear! The space is very inviting and being located on the skywalk was exactly what I was looking for to get to the Events Center. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a family wedding and was excited to have a place for our entire family to spend the weekend. The space was perfect for our family of 7. It’s the perfect location in the East Village. We took advantage of all of the restaurants and we were right by the wedding venue. We loved it!! What a great space to rent. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at Josiah's apartment for 1 month (2 adults, 1 child and a small dog) and we didn't have any problem to report. He was fast in every communication and always willing to solve. Place is close (5min car) to several restaurants, stores and Jordan Creek mall and easy to get to highway and other places. Even though it was 1 bedroom only, air mattress saved my life in this month. The place for a couple would be perfect for both short or long stays.

We were in town for our son's "Destination Des Moines" wedding. The apartment was extremely spacious that will sleep 8 comfortably. It was very clean and offered plenty of the essentials (towels, shampoo, etc). The make-up wash cloths and hair towels were an added bonus that the ladies appreciated during our stay. Ktchen, dining and family room were spacious enough to accomodate the rotation of family and friends that stopped by to visit during the wedding weekend. We were able to catch a fireworks show from the rooftop patio which is a great place to see the city. The location is superb and close to all things downtown. If you are flying in and dont want to rent a car the Des Moines Uber presence is strong and the city is walkable from this location. The apartment is located right by the Iowa Taproom and The Breakfast Club and their food and service is top notch. This is by far the best accommodations we have stayed at through our many Airbnb adventures. Highly recommend. FIVE STARS!
