  • There is an air mattress, as well as accompanying linens, in the bedroom closet.

  • A bluetooth speaker is available for your use during your stay!

  • There is a booster seat/high chair provided in the unit; located in the kitchen.

  • The outside callbox is only used for entry into the building.  The code will be provided in your check-in message sent on the morning of your arrival.

  • On the evening prior to your departure, you will receive the check-out instructions automatically through your booking platform.

    • Make sure you haven’t forgotten anything

    • Feel free to load and start the dishwasher

    • If you parked in the garage, move your vehicle to an open parking space and return the pass/remote to the unit.

      • There is a dropbox in the Lobby (just down the hall from the elevators) that you may use as well.

    Check-out is at 10AM, unless you’ve arranged for a late check out.

  • Basic cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink.  Bathroom specific cleaning supplies are located in the bathroom.  There is a mop and vacuum in the laundry area.  The cleaning pads for the mop are located under the kitchen sink and can be used in the washer/dryer.

  • There is also a provided black towel to use for muddy paws.

  • At the front door to the unit, there is a keypad above the door handle.  The entry code is provided in your check-in message.

    To unlock, simply enter the code and press the last icon on the right to confirm/submit.  To lock, you can repeat the same process or hold the confirm/submit button for a few seconds. The door will lock automatically after 30 seconds.  In the event the door cannot lock, it will beep alerting you.  Batteries are changed regularly, however, if you notice a flashing red circle on the keypad, please send a message to ensure you do not get locked out.

    You will also be provided with an access fob that is needed to access the attached garage (select units), fitness center, skywalk and more.  This fob will also unlock the building exterior doors.

  • For fire, police or emergency services, call 911.  For routine maintenance (non-emergency / non-life threatening), please send a message through your booking platform.

    There is a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the kitchen.

  • Feel free to use the folding wagon/cart located in the laundry area during your stay. It’s there to make unloading and errands a little easier.

  • If you’re staying long-term and wish to rearrange the furniture, you’re welcome to do so.  Before checking out, please return everything to its original place.

  • In the bathroom, there is a hair dryer with attachments.

  • The thermostat is located on the wall in the entry. Feel free to adjust to your liking.  During vacancy, it may be set to conserve energy, so don't hesitate to make changes as needed.

  • Wireless internet is provided throughout the unit.  On the refrigerator there will be a magnet with a QR code to scan with your device.  The network name and password are also provided for manual entry as well as in your check-in instructions.

    If you experience any issues, please reach out; we're happy to troubleshoot.

    There is also wireless internet setup in the building lobby and the password is: Kirkwood2024!

  • Laundry soap, stain remover, iron, ironing board and a drying rack are provided in the unit.

  • Please only use the specifically marked towels for removing makeup.

  • The entire property is 100% smoke free, which includes on the garage and lobby. Any smoking should take place off property (sidewalk perimeter).  Evidence (including odor) of smoking ANY substances will incur at minimum a $500 fee.

  • When you arrive, GPS will lead you to the front of the building at Walnut Street & 4th Street.  At the entrance to the building, there will be a callbox with a keypad.  At the callbox, enter the code that you'll receive on the morning of your arrival.  Once unlocked, proceed to the elevators (also behind a locked door, but unlocked concurrently with the building door) and go to your floor.  At the unit door, enter the code (provided the evening prior to your arrival) into the keypad.

  • A pack ‘n play (located in the bedroom closet) is provided for you to use during your stay.

  • For your convenience, a tool kit is available during your stay.  You’ll find it in the cabinet above the microwave, on the right side.

  • Please bag all trash/recycling securely and use the trash chute located in the closet directly across from the unit front door in the hallway.

  • When you arrive, input your check-out date on the TV's to automatically be signed out once you depart.  Sometimes the TV will disconnect from wi-fi.  To reconnect, press the *, then select “Network Settings” and re-connect using the provided wireless network and password.

  • For your convenience, there is an umbrella you can use during your stay. You’ll find it mounted on the wall behind the laundry room door.

  • The post office has been instructed to deliver everything “as addressed.”

    Most packages will either be delivered directly to your unit door or in the enclosed elevator area in the lobby.

    The mail key and your specific unit’s mailbox # are located on the inside door of the cabinet above the microwave on the left side.  Please ensure the mail key is in the unit upon checkout, or a replacement fee will apply.

  • If anyone needs to access the unit during your stay for routine maintenance or any other reason, you’ll be notified in advance.
