Whether you’re cooking a full dinner or ordering takeout, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Designer touches such as upgraded lighting fixtures, curated décor, and clean modern finishes are carried throughout the space, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere.

    Two spacious bedrooms each feature king-sized beds, smart TVs, and room-darkening curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Thoughtful design ensures a cozy yet elevated experience, whether you’re unwinding after a day out or working remotely.

    The two bathrooms offer large vanities with ample storage, updated fixtures, and modern accents. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body towels, hand towels, washcloths are provided. An added bonus: hair wraps, make-up towels and hair dryer with attachments. You'll love having a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer makes longer stays seamless and stress-free, with laundry supplies included such as an iron, ironing board, drying rack and more.

  • The community is quiet, well-maintained, and designed for a low-stress stay. Guest access is simple, with easy entry and plenty of parking available—including your own private garage—so coming and going is seamless whether you’re here for a quick trip or an extended stay.

  • The unit is in a prime location! Minutes from the Jordan Creek, which is Iowa's largest retail, shopping and entertainment headquarters. Many national retailers and specialty shops are located here. Catch a movie at the Century 20 movie theater, explore nightlife in West Glen or dinner at the Jordan Creek pond. If you're wanting to get out of West Des Moines, the interstate is close by to get you anywhere in the metro quickly!

  • While there are public transit options nearby, we recommend having access to a car while you're here. Interstate 80 and Interstate 35 are less than 5 minutes away, getting you where you need to be in a breeze.

    The private garage space alleviates the pain of clearing snow during the winter months.

    Bringing more than one vehicle? No problem. There is plenty of additional parking on-site.

    Ride-shares (Uber or Lyft) are readily available.

The house rules

  • Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

  • Access instructions are sent one day ahead of your arrival.
