    The bathroom is fully stocked for a smooth, no-stress stay—soft bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup remover cloths, a hair wrap, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pool towels are also provided. The hallway-access layout offers added privacy and space, making mornings and evenings feel easy, unrushed, and comfortable. We've also included an iron, ironing board, and drying rack for added convenience.

    This kitchen is designed for real cooking, not just looks. It’s stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, glass bakeware, stone and plastic dinnerware, glassware and wine glasses, plus a blender, toaster, and toaster oven. You’ll also find full utensils and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and oil. The Keurig Duo is ready with coffee pods, sugar, and creamer to keep mornings easy and efficient.

  • The community is quiet, well-maintained, and designed for a low-stress stay. Guest access is simple, with easy entry and plenty of parking available—including your own private garage—so coming and going is seamless whether you’re here for a quick trip or an extended stay.

  • The unit is in a prime location! Minutes from the Jordan Creek, which is Iowa's largest retail, shopping and entertainment headquarters. Many national retailers and specialty shops are located here. Catch a movie at the Century 20 movie theater, explore nightlife in West Glen or dinner at the Jordan Creek pond. If you're wanting to get out of West Des Moines, the interstate is close by to get you anywhere in the metro quickly!

  • While there are public transit options nearby, we recommend having access to a car while you're here. Interstate 80 and Interstate 35 are less than 5 minutes away, getting you where you need to be in a breeze.

    The private garage space alleviates the pain of clearing snow during the winter months.

    Bringing more than one vehicle? No problem. There is plenty of additional parking on-site.

    Ride-shares (Uber or Lyft) are readily available.

The house rules

  • Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

  • Access instructions are sent one day ahead of your arrival
