If you're wanting to get out of West Des Moines, the interstate is close by to get you anywhere in the metro quickly!

  • While there are public transit options nearby, we recommend having access to a car while you're here. Interstate 80 and Interstate 35 are less than 5 minutes away, getting you where you need to be in a breeze.

    The private garage space alleviates the pain of clearing snow during the winter months.

    Bringing more than one vehicle? No problem. There is plenty of additional parking on-site.

The house rules

  • Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
