In the bedroom there is a king sized bed with additional sets of linens for added convenience. Room darkening curtains to ensure a peaceful night's sleep and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. There is a full size dresser for you to unpack and get settled as well as the expansive walk-in closet with an abundance of storage. Laundry is made simple with a private washer & dryer in unit along with cleaning supplies. For those who need an extra breeze while sleeping, there is a ceiling fan.

The bathroom down the hall from the bedroom can easily be enclosed for privacy and comes stocked with the essentials. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up removal towels, a hair wrap, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, pool towels, and more are all provided.
We've also included an iron, ironing board, and drying rack for added convenience.

Offering tons of counter space, the kitchen comes fully stocked with a variety of ingredients, tools, and storage options to make cooking a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are packed with all the cookware, tableware, and flatware essentials you'd need for any meal. The unit is in a prime location! Minutes from the Jordan Creek, which is Iowa's largest retail, shopping and entertainment headquarters. Many national retailers and specialty shops are located here. Catch a movie at the Century 20 movie theater, explore nightlife in West Glen or dinner at the Jordan Creek pond. If you're wanting to get out of West Des Moines, the interstate is close by to get you anywhere in the metro quickly!

While there are public transit options nearby, we recommend having access to a car while you're here. Interstate 80 and Interstate 35 are less than 5 minutes away, getting you where you need to be in a breeze.
The private garage space alleviates the pain of clearing snow during the winter months.
Bringing more than one vehicle? No problem. There is plenty of additional parking on-site.
Ride-shares (Uber or Lyft) are readily available.

Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
