Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 24 hours after booking. For reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed. A security deposit is required of up to $500 which will be processed as a "hold" by the Host on the Guest's Credit Card. This hold will be removed after the Guest's stay has concluded. This property has a no smoking policy. Minimum age to book is 25. Up to two (2) pets ($100 each) are allowed.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location! Josh was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. The place is within walking distance to lots of great spots, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
