Arrival, Parking & Garage 🚗
When you arrive, GPS will lead you to the front of the building on East Walnut Street, facing north. The unit entrance is around the corner to your left, down East 3rd Street.

Parking for one vehicle (possibly two, depending on size) is available at the top of a private ramp. Additional vehicles can park tandem on the ramp or use nearby free, metered, or paid parking.

You will receive the code on the morning of your arrival.  Once opened, the garage door will automatically close after 30 seconds, or your can close it manually using the wall control at the top of the garage.

Note: Low-clearance vehicles may scrape due to the steep angle of the ramp.

Booster Seat 👶🏽
In the kitchen cabinet, there is a booster seat/high chair.

Cameras 📷
For your security, there are multiple cameras on the property: two in the garage and two on the rooftop.

Tampering with, disabling, or removing them will result in immediate cancellation and additional fees.

Check-Out Instructions 👋🏽
On the evening prior to your departure, you will receive the check-out instructions automatically through your booking platform.

Check-out is at 10AM, unless you’ve arranged for a late check out.

Cleaning 🧹
Basic cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink.  Bathroom specific cleaning supplies are located in the bathroom.  There is a mop, vacuum and shovel for the deck (seasonally) for your use.  The cleaning pads for the mop are located under the kitchen sink and can be used in the washer/dryer.

Cornhole & Other Games 🏏
Feel free to enjoy a game of cornhole—the set is mounted in the entry and can be played in the living room or up on the rooftop!

On the shelves in the kitchen, there are some other games you're more than welcome to use.

Dogs 🐶
There is a fenced dog park area located on the east side of the community.  There is also a provided black towel to use for muddy paws.


Door Lock 🔑
At the front door to the unit, there is a keypad above the door handle.  The entry code is provided in your check-in message.

To unlock, simply enter the code and press the last icon on the right to confirm/submit.  To lock, you can repeat the same process or hold the confirm/submit button for a few seconds. The door will lock automatically after 30 seconds.  In the event the door cannot lock, it will beep alerting you.

Batteries are changed regularly, however, if you notice a flashing red circle on the keypad, please send a message to ensure you do not get locked out.

Emergencies 🚑
For fire, police or emergency services, call 911.  For routine maintenance (non-emergency / non-life threatening), please send a message through your booking platform.

There is a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the kitchen.

Emergency Exit 🚪
The stairwell next to the laundry room—also used to access the trash cart—leads to an EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY at the bottom.

This door is alarmed and monitored 24/7/365. Opening it for any reason other than a true emergency will result in a $500 fee (a reminder is on the door).

Folding Wagon 🛒
Feel free to use the folding wagon/cart located in the entry during your stay. It’s there to make unloading and errands a little easier.

Furniture 🪑
If you’re staying long-term and wish to rearrange the furniture, you’re welcome to do so.  Before checking out, please return everything to its original place.

Hair Dryer 💇🏽
In the bathroom, there is a hair dryer with attachments.

Heating and Cooling 😎
The thermostat is located on the wall next to the ping pong table in the living room.  Feel free to adjust to your liking.  During vacancy, it may be set to conserve energy, so don't hesitate to make changes as needed.

Internet 💻
Wireless internet is provided throughout the unit.  On the refrigerator there will be a magnet with a QR code to scan with your device.  The network name and password are also provided for manual entry as well as in your check-in instructions.

Laundry 🧺
The instructions to use the washer and dryer are located on each machine.  Laundry soap, stain remover, iron, ironing board and a drying rack, are provided in the unit.

Make-Up Towels 💄
Please only use the specifically marked towels for removing makeup.

Noise Monitors 🔊
There are three devices in the unit that monitor noise decibel levels to help prevent parties and unauthorized gatherings—two are located inside the main living area, and one is outside on the rooftop.

These devices do not record audio.

Tampering, disabling, or removing them will result in immediate cancellation and additional fees.

No Smoking 🚭
The entire property is 100% smoke free, which includes on the rooftop and in the garage.  Any smoking should take place off property (sidewalk perimeter).  Evidence (including odor) of smoking ANY substances will incur at minimum a $500 fee.

Pack ‘N Play 🍼
A pack ‘n play is provided for you to use and is located in the bedroom closet.

Ping Pong 🏓
Ping pong paddles and balls are stored in the holder mounted on the center wall—ready for a quick game anytime!

Rooftop☀️
The stairs to access the rooftop are located in the entry area. Please watch your head when going up or down and always use the handrail, as the steps can be slick. Be sure to lock the rooftop door when not in use.

Sleeper Sofa & Trundle Bed Linens 🛏️
The middle sofa in the living room is a sleeper.  A tote with pillows, blankets and sheets is located in the primary bedroom closet.

The linens for the additional trundle bed are also located in a tote in the primary bedroom closet.

Tool Kit 🧰
For your convenience, a tool kit is available during your stay.  You’ll find it in the cabinet above the microwave, on the right side.

Trash & Recycling 🗑️
Please bag all trash/recycling securely and place it in the two-wheeled cart located through the gate off the living room, at the bottom of the stairs.

TV 📺
When you arrive, input your check-out date on the bedroom TV's to automatically be signed out once you depart.  Sometimes the TV will disconnect from wi-fi.  To reconnect, press the *, then select “Network Settings” and re-connect using the provided wireless network and password.

Umbrella ☂️
For your convenience, there are two umbrella's you can use during your stay. You’ll find them mounted on the wall behind the door from the garage to the unit.

If anyone needs to access the unit during your stay for routine maintenance or any other reason, you’ll be notified in advance.

Wii 🎮
The living room TV has a Nintendo Wii ready for you to enjoy!  A few games and controllers are provided in a basket under the end table.
