  • When you arrive, feel free to park anywhere in the driveway. You’re also welcome to use the garage via the wall control; for security reasons, the keypad code isn’t provided.

  • There is a booster seat/high chair provided.

  • On the evening prior to your departure, you will receive the check-out instructions automatically through your booking platform.

    • Make sure you haven’t forgotten anything

    • Feel free to load and start the dishwasher

    Check-out is at 10AM, unless you’ve arranged for a late check out.

  • Basic cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink. In the closet, there is a mop (with reusable/washable pads) and a vacuum.

    The cleaning pads can be used in the washer/dryer.

  • The backyard is fully fenced; however, guests are responsible for supervising dogs at all times and must clean up after them.

  • Both the front and back doors are equipped with electronic keypads and lock automatically. To unlock, enter your provided code and press the unlock button. To lock the door manually, press the lock button on the keypad.

    The same code works for both doors.

  • For fire, police or emergency services, call 911.  For routine maintenance (non-emergency / non-life threatening), please send a message through your booking platform.

    There is a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the kitchen.

  • If you’re staying long-term and wish to rearrange the furniture, you’re welcome to do so.  Before checking out, please return everything to its original place.

  • In the bathroom, there is a hair dryer with attachments.

  • The unit has central heating and air conditioning, with the thermostat located in the hallway near the main bathroom.

    During vacancy, the thermostat may be adjusted for energy conservation.

  • Wireless internet is provided throughout the home. The network name and password are also provided in the check-in instructions.

  • The washer and dryer are located on the garage.  Laundry soap, stain remover, iron, ironing board and a drying rack are also provided.

  • The post office has been instructed to deliver everything “as addressed.”

    Packages will be delivered directly to the front door.  The mail box is located next to the front door as well.

  • Please only use the specifically marked towels for removing makeup.

  • The entire property is 100% smoke free, which includes on the backyard.  Any smoking should take place off property (sidewalk perimeter).

    Evidence (including odor) of smoking ANY substances inside or outside on the property, will incur at minimum a $500 fee.

  • A pack ‘n play is provided for you to use during your stay.

  • There may be instances that personnel may need to access the property during your stay, however, you will be notified in advance. 

    Submitting a service request during your stay, will allow access if necessary.

  • For your convenience, a tool kit is available during your stay.  You’ll find it in the cabinet above the microwave.

  • When you arrive, input your check-out date on the TV to automatically be signed out once you depart. 

    Sometimes the TV will disconnect from wi-fi.  To reconnect, press the *, then select “Network Settings” and re-connect using the provided wireless network and password.

  • The trash is collected on Fridays. Only items in the trash bin will be collected by the provider.
